Klinka Tinka Tinka, yes! The sweet sound of a putt birdie, or even a 6-foot for par, dropping into the cup. It's a great feeling, especially if you just finish the round 18 for a personal best. Or if you just won 5 skins make your friends pay some serious plays. A hot day with the putter can make you feel like a million dollars. Indeed, in the case of a Pro Tour for the PGA, he can win one million dollars.
Too bad for the average golfer these days seem to come so rarely. The average Joe uses anywhere between 32 and 40 putts per round, while top pros average about 30. Tour pros are slightly less than 90% of their putts 4-5 feet, while the boys are on average around 50%. That's a lot of shots to drop! Consider this: if you're a thirteen handicapper, your average score is around 85 and you average 36 putts per round, then 42% of your shots are putts! And what do you spend most of your time doing at the beach? If you're like most guys (and gals), you spend most of your time beating balls with your driver or mid-irons. Yet, according to figures that you should spend about half your time on the green.
So how can busy with little time to Practice Golf further improve their game without putting double the practice time or drastically reduce the amount of time spent practicing their full shots? Golf Training aids are the answer. There are many training aids that can quickly improve your putting and green reading without spending hours on the green. Only 10 to 15 minutes per practice session is required for most golfers to drop strokes quickly. Here are some tips to find Training Aid right or a combination of training tools to maximize your results:
1. Look for training aids that you can easily see the following things: square clubface, alignment of the shoulder, the placement of eyes (the ball), foot alignment, and the trajectory of the race. Some devices use mirrors, some use low power lasers. Most training aids are the physical barriers the putter on the right path during the race.
2. To align the eyes, you can always do: align the putt and address of the ball as if you would hit the putt. Then take a ball in your pocket, put it between your eyes and let it fall down. Wherever the ball lands where your the eyes are aligned. They should be directly over the target ball.
3. Whatever the device (s) you choose, make sure they are not too large and / or bulky. My experience is that you do not use the device if it is convenient.
4. Follow through is also important, so make sure that the training aid gives you information for the entire race. You should see what your face Draw the path is straight and press putter properly after contact, otherwise you will have problems with consistency.
5. Use training aids golf regularly, every yourself time to practice. You need the groove of the race and you can not do that unless you persevere. In addition, if possible, to use the device at home or office when you have one minute to spare. This practice of extra time really helps.
