Most men understand how important it is to keep its central parts of the body of the adjustment, but do little or nothing. Most men make an effort to flex your abdominal muscles usually do standard sit-ups. But hardly anyone does what he really needed to define the stomach muscles. The formula is simple: follow a fat-free diet and perform exercises that hit the abs (and obliques) hard and from different angles. If you have the discipline and determination to train the muscles of abdomen, why not go all? The 12 maneuvers illustrated are fairly difficult, but yield superior results. Do not stop doing sit-ups, simply add these exercises for a better order.
Straight cable crunches
Sit back to a cable, grab a rope attachment with both hands behind your head. Proceed to lean forward and pull the rope forward, contracting your abdominal muscles. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
Knives
Lie on your back with legs and hands behind head. Proceed to the time to elevate the legs as you extend your hands toward your feet. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
Abdominal Ball
Sitting on a Swiss ball head grab a small medicine ball with both hands. Proceed to lean backwards until it touches the Swiss ball again. Pause, then return to the starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
Trunk rotations weighted
Sitting on a Swiss ball with his back to a cable, with legs bent, a dumbbell between small feet and holding the machine behind you with both hands. Proceed to rotate the lower body to the left. Pause, then turn right. Perform 15 repetitions, alternating on each side.
Weighted Leg lifts
Sitting on a Swiss ball with his back to a cable, legs extended, a small weight between your feet and holding the machine behind you with both hands. Proceed to raise your legs until they are at a 90 degree angle torso. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
Crossover crunches
Sit back to a cable, grab a file rope attachment with both hands behind your head. Proceed to lean forward and pull the string down and to the left. Pause, return to the position and the next pull the rope down the right. Complete 15 repetitions, alternating on each side.
Weighted Leg Pull-Ins
Lie on your back on a bench a few meters of cable. Grasp the bench with both hands for support. Raise your legs and squeeze a handle connected to a cable between the feet high. Proceed to pull him down. Pause, and then return to starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
Straight-arm horizontal Twists

Sitting on a Swiss ball head grab a small medicine ball with both hands. Proceed to turn left. Pause, then turn right. Perform 15 laps, alternating on each side.
Hanging leg raises
Grasp a bar with a grip top half, with legs together and knees slightly bent. Proceed to lift your legs up parallel to the ground. Pause, then return to starting position. Perform 15 repetitions.
