Or both have different threads? Reason why I ask is because I am much faster in my track spikes.
No, the peaks will match shoes track and Golf Shoes are not made for racing. The Golf Shoe is more like a shoe town, he will not let your foot flex while you run. Yes, you are much faster in your cleats. Even if you may get your gold cleats to fit shoes Spike track, they are not shaped correctly to work on a track they only work on the sweet grass.
