Tall Lady – I buy Men's or Ladies Golf Clubs ?????
I played golf on and off about 15 years. The latest set of golf clubs that had was a junior set from when I was about 14. At 28 years, I am seriously going back to him, but now I'm in a 5'11''alto loss in which golf clubs to buy? Men or women? My initial reaction, due to my height is to buy men's clubs, but I'm not sure if that is well – Anyone advice? (Not looking to spend a fortune enough to have a set of clubs to use the weekend / driving range).
Here is the problem, if you will-men clubs have Stiff Shafts because men (usually but not always) have swing speeds faster than women (for whom the reading take a moment and make your funny joke … below). In addition, the grips are typically made by the hand of a man (and men "typically" have larger hands than women). What that "may" want to look at what could be a good option would be Senior Flex shafts (as they often have older swing speeds slower than a regular R 'flex used by most men), and then only we should have regripped clubs to fit your hands (usually you'd use less tape, any pro / repairer should be able to help with this). I am not a certified PGA Professional, but one suggestion would be to look at a main shaft flex in graphite as a possible option not going to kill you financially.
