So I've been here once … you drive to the hills of Oakland and come to a point wheres theres like a return to where the cars are on their side and a great view of science fiction … I have no idea how to get … if anyone knows what I am talking about or know how to get there please reply thanks .. Not the Oakland Hills, is Berkeley. I think it is you want to Grizzly Peak Blvd. It is a great site on a clear night. Orinda, take the Fish Ranch Road exit and proceed up the hill til the intersection and turn left and follow the road. Enjoy!
